May 3rd. She selected the hat and while it was probably 80 degrees, I just let her.

May 14th. Juliet went to Aunt Di's dance recital (she teaches a class) with Grandma Donna. Riding forward facing for the first time. Just for the day. We ride rear facing in our car. Cause it's safer.

May 16th. We went to the zoo with Aunt Di. The extra hands meant we could pet our goat friends and "maaaaaaaaaaaaaa" at them.
Aunt Di isn't a real big fan of smelly animals, but she was a trooper.

May 31. Random play room photo shoot. Sweet shades and big messes.
Toward the end of May, it got hot. From pleasant breezy spring days to sweaty simply standing in the shade days. All of a sudden. Summer is here in all it's 90+ degree glory. Trying to stay cool.
Making the discovery that chalk can be used to draw on things other than the patio.
Slightly damp (due to being left out in the rain) chalk can also be used to write on your sister.
