today
- I think I might have eaten 4 granola bars. Not sure (but really I'm pretty sure) and I don't want to dig through the trash to count wrappers ... not helping my run more + eat less junk food campaign to loose this preggo weight that won't go away. Sigh.
- J and I danced in the kitchen.
- I almost cried. Twice. Just tearing up about the infinite amount of baby/toddler sweetness in my life and the absolute perfection of God.
- We finished off an entire thing of Goldfish. Not one of the huge cartons, but the next size down. It was a heck of a lot of Goldfish. A record for both J and I. Even B did her part eating fish heads (I bite off the tails for her to make them a more appropriate size (you are welcome mother)).
- J and I colored and she told me numerous times that my pictures were amazing. "Oooooooooooooh that's boo-tee-ful Mommy!" At least someone appreciates my artistic efforts :)
- J "put lotion on" herself with the hair conditioner in our bathroom.
- We had 3 kids under 2.5 under our roof ... for a little bit (3 hours). I babysat a friend's sweet 4.5 month old Caleb. We all did great - no tears from anyone! The girls were head over heels about him, which leads me to my next point ...
- B had her first kiss. That girl could not keep her slobbery lips of Caleb's sweet (and really big) cheekers! He just smiled back at her which just made me want to keep him. It's love people. Just take a look for yourself.
- Despite the fact that I felt like my run this evening was going horribly, I ran for 20 minutes and finished my normal neighborhood loop ahead of schedule. Craziness.
- B didn't cry at all when she went down for her nap or for bed tonight. Usually she gives me at least the courtesy "Don't leave me alone in here" cry. Hoping this is a new trend.
