We're back home (since last Friday). Most of the dust has settled. We had a small army of painters in our house over the weekend priming what felt like every wall and ceiling in sight. I have at least 8 empty gallons paint in my garage. It would have taken us months to accomplish what our wonderful family and friends helped us accomplish in a weekend.
I am thankful. We have a healthy one year old who's learning to eat with silverware, climb up on nearly every chair in our house (and the toilet), and makes her daddy and I smile every day with her smile, dancing, and funny one word remarks :) We have a happy healthy baby who at 32/33 weeks has a striking resemblance to my handsome husband of nearly 8 years.

The doctor asked me how it felt to have my husband in my uterus ... ummm awkward when you put it that way !! :)
I will post more pictures of the house soon. We are attempting to make the transition from insane asylum white, aka primer, to actual colors. The laminate floor delivery has been delayed a week and I'm having some trouble getting a carpet installer over here to measure the bedrooms - which both puzzles and frustrates me - but we are moving forward with what we can in the mean time!
