A couple much anticipated packages arrived today. I can't remember the last time I've been so giddy about something coming in the mail. After a week the wait is over. Yay!
What was in the boxes?
A new camera and a new espresso machine and grinder.
Dominic and I are both playing with our new toys as I type. He may just drink himself a highly caffeinated drink even though it's late and I'm installing Nikon software on the computer and wishing it would hurry up so I can look at all the pictures I took today. It's Christmas in October people :)
We packed the weekend full of fun, visiting the pumpkin patch and the zoo. The weather was beautiful and it was fun to do stuff with Daddy. I love the zoo. And I love watching the girls experience the zoo. And I love that there are other moms with no makeup on herding small children around saying things like "We'll go see the elephants in a few more minutes," "We just went to the bathroom," and "Get your hands off her!" That type of stuff makes me smile. Though most are moms I will never meet, just their presence is an encouragement to me.
More teeth for little B. She is cutting teeth like there's no tomorrow. Poor girl. Between that and her ever changing nap schedule, she's got a lot on her plate. Baby's have it really rough you know! Her other bottom front tooth came in last week and just today I noticed that 2 on the top have come through. Not the middle ones ... maybe the ones just out from that. Not sure. But that's 3 teeth in less than a week.
Both girls were up at 4:15 this morning. Not for good, but up none the less. Glad it rarely happens, but because of it, I am tired. Happy Monday night!
